Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Oniris platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. Oniris reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
License Requirement & Account Review
Security Professionals must hold valid credentials required for the work and state in which they accept shifts. You are responsible for keeping those credentials current and accurate. Oniris reviews new accounts and license submissions before the affected work becomes available. An expired, rejected or suspended credential blocks only work that requires it; it does not by itself suspend the entire account. Initial account approval and separate safety restrictions still apply.
Professional Relationships
Security Professionals offer services to agencies through the Oniris platform. Oniris provides the platform and does not employ Security Professionals to perform shifts. Each agency and Security Professional must structure their working relationship and fulfill any employment, tax, insurance, and other obligations in accordance with applicable law.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor, after shift completion. Payouts are deposited to the bank account you connect through Stripe Connect. Oniris charges a platform fee on each completed shift, split between the posting agency and the security professional; the exact split and rate may be adjusted over time and are disclosed in the app. A payment processing fee, which covers the payment processor's cost of each charge, is split equally between the posting agency and the security professional, applies during any trial period, and is shown in the app. Payment problems can be reported in the app within 30 days of the payment record being created. Oniris reviews each claim and may arrange a refund or adjustment where warranted. Opening a payment claim does not automatically hold or freeze a payment or payout. Stripe chargebacks are handled separately and may affect payout availability. Standard guard payout release is scheduled for the third calendar day after the shift end date in the shift time zone, subject to successful payment collection, account readiness and any applicable payment hold. This is a scheduled release, not a guarantee of the date funds reach a bank account. Early endings and eligible cancellations can result in prorated pay or a minimum guarantee instead of the full posted shift amount.
Account & Session Security
Each Oniris account may be signed in on one device at a time. If you enable biometric sign-in, biometric checks stay on your device. The app stores sign-in credentials in secure device storage and sends them to Google Firebase when authenticating; biometric templates are not sent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Reporting Other Users
Reports must be made in good faith. Knowingly false or malicious reports are a violation of these terms and may lead to account action.
Cancellations & Withdrawals
Agency cancellations within 24 hours of the original shift start may trigger a guard payment guarantee of up to 4 hours at the original rate, capped by the original shift duration. This can also apply to removing an accepted guard from the roster. Early clock-out and other shift endings are settled according to recorded attendance, the reason for ending and the applicable guarantee. Guards withdrawing from an accepted shift within one hour of acceptance have a grace period. Outside that grace period, withdrawal within 24 hours of the start affects reputation, with a greater impact at 4 hours or less before the start. Withdrawal is unavailable once the shift has started or the guard has checked in. Review the applicable confirmation and settlement details in the app.

Acceptance of Terms
By using the Oniris platform as an agency, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Oniris reserves the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
Agency Responsibilities & Account Review
Agencies are responsible for ensuring all posted shifts comply with applicable labor laws. Your business license is reviewed by Oniris before your account is approved to post shifts, and your account will show a pending status until approved. You must verify that your business is properly licensed to operate security services in your jurisdiction.
Security Professional Relationships
Security Professionals offer services to agencies through the Oniris platform. Oniris provides the platform and does not employ Security Professionals to perform shifts. Each agency and Security Professional must structure their working relationship and fulfill any employment, tax, insurance, and other obligations in accordance with applicable law. Oniris is not responsible for the conduct of security professionals beyond platform policy. Shifts may not be posted for a date or time that has already passed, and must be at least the platform's minimum shift length.
Payments & Fees
Agencies must have a valid payment method on file with Stripe, our third-party payment processor, before posting shifts. You agree to pay the posted rate for each completed shift plus your share of the Oniris platform fee, which is disclosed in the app and may be adjusted over time, and half of the payment processing fee. The payment processing fee covers the payment processor's cost of each charge, depends on your payment method (card or bank account), is split equally with the security professional, applies during any trial period, and is shown in the app before you post a shift. Payments are charged automatically upon shift completion.
